The MedTechVets Executive Program

 Hear from your fellow USMA and USNA alumni

The MedTechVets Executive Program is designed to prepare or advance Veterans who have graduated from the U.S. Military Academy (West Point) or U.S. Naval Academy (Annapolis) in the MedTech Industry.

It is a cohort-based program that hosts weekly virtual sessions for seven weeks seasonally – Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall. Our pilot program is for U.S. Military Academy (West Point) and U.S. Naval Academy (Annapolis) graduates only.

Fellows in the program can expect lively and interactive sessions with a small group of peers and weekly action items.

Additionally, each fellow will be matched with a mentor in the MedTech industry for one-on-one support throughout the program.

The Executive Program includes virtual Recruiting Conferences with MedTechVets partner companies, hiring managers, and network professionals and is concluded with a Capstone presentation to industry leaders.

Not a U.S. Military Academy (West Point) or U.S. Naval Academy (Annapolis) graduate? No worries! You can apply to our MedTechVets Foundational Program

What is the application process?

When you have the right support and connections you’ll find your new career in an industry with advancement potential, defined teams, and meaningful outcomes.

A team member will reach out to you within 3 days of your application to set up a short 15-minute informational zoom call. We will go over the details of the program and find out your desires for the industry.

3.

After your zoom call, a team member will reach out to set-up a formal panel interview with MedTechVets Leadership as part of the Executive Program selection process.

4.

After your formal interview, we will set up a final interview with a MedTechVets Board of Directors member as part of the Executive Program selection process.

5.

After the formal interview, you will be emailed a 3-question survey used for mentor pairing purposes. Wait, a team member will be in contact with you every step of the way until you are notified of your acceptance into the cohort of your choosing.

Annual MedTech Conference powered by AdvaMed

You’ll have the opportunity to connect with senior leaders and executives who are leading global medtech companies.

The annual conference agenda includes educational programming, distinguished keynote speakers and career networking opportunities.

This event draws more than 1,000 companies, making it an essential event for MedTechVets alumni.
