With an extensive background in talent acquisition and recruitment, specifically working with Veterans, Kelly brings over 20 years of experience to the vision of building and scaling recruitment expertise at MedTechVets.

As a former Deloitte & Booz Allen Hamilton professional, she brings a structured, results-oriented approach to talent strategy and workforce planning. Kelly is a proven builder of recruiting operations, stakeholder partnerships, and workforce programs in high-growth settings.
