MedTechVets to Host Breakfast Networking Panel Event at the 2023 MedTech Conference with top Veterans in Med Tech. 

July 27th, 2023–MedTechVets returns to The MedTech Conference, this year hosted in Anaheim, California, to host a Breakfast Networking Panel Event titled, “Veteran Impact on MedTech” on October 10th from 7:30 AM to 8:45 AM.

The panel will cover the struggle Veterans face in their military transition, the importance of advocating for Veteran employment in med tech, Diversity and Inclusion, and corporate brand awareness, all led by some of the top Veterans working in the medical technology industry.

2023 Breakfast Networking Event Panelists for The MedTech Conference

Hear from Veteran Panelists, Derek Herrera (Founder & CEO at Bright Uro), Erica Jefferies Purdo (Vice President of Strategy and Operations, Global Corporate Affairs at Johnson & Johnson), and Will Cambardella (Federal Affairs Lead at Intuitive). The panel also includes three alumni from the MedTechVets Academy. Nik Thompson (Commercial Leadership Associate at Abiomed), Brenna Rheinhart (Talent Development Manager Americas at Teleflex), and Devin Owens (Clinical Account Specialist at Biosense Webster). The MTV Academy is a 7-week comprehensive career transition and mentorship program for veterans.

These panelists will answer questions about the Medical Technology Industry, their personal career transition journey, and why people should pay more attention to veterans looking to enter the field.
