“Our Strategic Advisory Board will play a critical role in helping MedTechVets expand its impact and fulfill its mission,” said Steve Mapa, President and Executive Director of MedTechVets. “By bringing together accomplished leaders from across the medical technology industry, the SAB will provide strategic guidance, strengthen industry engagement, and help us reach more veterans seeking meaningful careers in MedTech.”
MedTechVets also announced the appointment of its inaugural Strategic Advisory Board members:
- Will Cambardella, Federal Government Affairs Lead (VA & DoW) at Intuitive
- Brit Bly, Senior Area Manager, Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Heart Recovery

“MedTechVets is building an ecosystem that connects adaptive veteran leaders with innovative medical technology and life science organizations,” said Will Cambardella. “Rather than simply facilitating employment, we create value by aligning veteran leadership with industry workforce needs and long-term talent development. It is a privilege to serve on the Strategic Advisory Board, and I look forward to helping more veterans discover meaningful careers in MedTech.”
“I am honored to join the MedTechVets Strategic Advisory Board and support an organization that is creating meaningful connections between veteran leadership and the medical technology industry,” said Brit Bly. “I look forward to contributing my experience, perspective, and professional network to help advance the mission and long-term success of MedTechVets.”
